The more precise an information architectures purpose and objectives, the greater the potential it has to attain a high level of agility and permanency in customers and users daily routines and lives (Spencer, 1985). Information architecture is the catalyst that unifies the mission or purpose of a website, serves as the catalyst of its short- and long-range goal attainment and also ensures its relevancy over time The intent of this analysis is to evaluate the discussions and interviews completed with colleagues with regard to creating series of recommendations that will provide present and future students of the BSITM Program with a roadmap of lessons learned.
